Fourth album shows both the truth and fun times!
We hope you know who Rage DC are? Originally forming back in 1996 in Bracknell, Berkshire UK, the band are very well known in the punk scene. They have released 3 albums – the last one ‘Punk To The Bone’ – was released in 2019. They are now bringing out their long-awaited and much anticipated fourth album ‘Mind Your Head’ on 12th April 2026. This LP is packed with 14 incredible tracks, including a couple of older unrecorded numbers which they have played live at gigs for years.

Simon ‘Loric’ Harwood – Lead vocals and guitar
Graham Pegler – Guitar and backing vocals
Chris Surtees – Bass and backing vocals
Joe Smith – Drums
Previous drummer Ziggy Morbi played on the whole recorded album, with Joe joining the band in March 2025.
Rage DC are celebrating the release of ‘Mind Your Head’ with an album launch gig on Sunday 12th April 2026, the same day the album is released. It will be held at the FaceBar in Reading. It is organised by Ruth Rae of Punktuation Magazine and Guy Mitchell of Shadow Promotions. It promises to be a massive Punk party – get your tickets HERE!
On to the review I go! You will recognise a few of the tracks on the album, as the band perform them at their gigs, but hearing them recorded is such a treat! They are so synchronised and well recorded. With the impressive guitar riffs, very loud and pronounced drums and deep basslines, this band know what they’re doing. Their voices match each other so well, creating that old school punk sound. Crowd pleasing, fun, and catchy songs with a lot of truthful lyrics about the world and where it’s heading.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, they know how to make a noise!
Speaking of making a noise, their single ‘Make A Noise’ has always been my absolute favourite track. They have been performing this song live for years and I am extremely happy that it has finally been recorded onto an album so I can listen to it whenever I want! I sing along, dance, and jump around a lot to this track! It’s catchy and helps get you in the mood to party hard!
