As the nights draw in you may be spending more time in front of it - best keep a sense of humour!
Songwriter, singer and guitarist Peesh made a resolution in 2024 to release a new single and video every month for a year for a solo album – ‘The Perennial Effect’. His 9th release is ‘The Idiot’s Lantern‘, a tongue-in-cheek poke at all the telly addicts!
“I got the title from one of my fave comedians, Stewart Lee, who does a great routine on television and said his Grandad used to call it the Idiot’s Lantern!” says Peesh. “This is a bit of fun in these dark uncertain times we live in! So here’s one for all you goggleboxers! Enjoy!”
Northumberland rocker Peesh is well known as the singer and guitarist of LoGOz and Cherry & Peesh, and has recently started a new project – 3 piece band Monkeys Blood
It’s safe to say he’s one of the hardest working songwriters in Punk!

Usually found jumping around down the front at gigs, I also relish taking photos and videos, singing, speaking with fellow music fans, and asking musicians the questions nobody else does.
