Brighton trio Eville release a Halloween banger with 'Leech'
New young bands are making their mark this year – none more so than Brighton based Eville. Fronted by Eva Sheldrake on vocals and guitar, with Milo Hemsley on drums and Billy Finneran on bass, they’re bringing 90s Nu-Metal to the next generation!
Eville have garnered extensive airplay from Alyx Holcombe on BBC Radio 1, Radio X, BBC Introducing, Radio 6’s Steve Lamacq, and were put on the A-lists at Amazing Radio, Radio 365, and The Modern Rock Show on RadioReverb.
The band have also played with the likes of Wargasm (UK), Hot Wax, Knife Bride and Glitchers. Their striking set has wowed the crowds, with pacey, riff-heavy music and kick-ass lyrics!
Record producer Jamie Sellers is best known for his work with Ed Sheeran and Elton John, but don’t let that detract you – this single is a gnarly mix of fast beats and industrial riffs.
Eva explains: “Leech is very special to me – the song’s themes are meant to inspire others to overcome inner conflict, no matter how toxic or uncomfortable“.
Eville are going from strength to strength – this latest single delivers in every way – so keep your eyes and ears peeled for more from this awesome band!
