Don't miss this excellent event - great time guaranteed!
Arguably the best small live music festival in South East England, Undercover Festival returns to Suburbs at The Holroyd, Guildford from 5th to 7th April for its twelfth consecutive outing. With a broad variety of bands, there’s something for everyone, over three packed days of alternative music including Punk, Post Punk, Ska and much more.
The superb line up includes: The Vapors / Subhumans / Dirt Box Disco / Splodgenessabounds / The Trojan Beats / The Blunders / Rage DC / King Salami & The Cumberland 3 / Eryx London / Paranoid Visions / Menace / Night Of Treason plus many more, and with DJs every night for those who just want to keep on dancing, you are in for a lot of treats!
The venue boasts a huge beer garden to chill out in between bands, food on site, and with the bands playing on an indoor stage the show will go on whatever the weather.
Sunday’s headliners The Vapors originated in Guildford, and Undercover Festival is delighted to have them return after a sold out show at the same venue a couple of years ago!
Festival organiser Mick says; “We believe we offer the best live Alternative / Punk / Ska music with definitely the friendliest crowd in a venue you will find hard to beat for miles around.”
“If you like your music alternative you will love what we have to offer at Undercover… as we say at Undercover See Ya Down The Front or at the bar.”
Punktuation Magazine will certainly be there – look out for our full review!
With flexible ticket options including day / two day / weekend passes, Undercover Festival is very good value, and the beer will cost you much less than in London or at a larger festival! Bands and fans all enjoy the music together – none of this staying 10 feet away behind a big barrier – and everyone is encouraged to meet and mingle in this friendly venue.

Usually found jumping around down the front at gigs, I also relish taking photos and videos, singing, speaking with fellow music fans, and asking musicians the questions nobody else does. Writing about my favourite bands and connecting with people who love music too keeps me more-or-less sane! I’ve worked for over 25 years at a video production company, mainly filming live music events, therefore I have an additional backstage perspective on the scene.
