Berlin skate punkers, Hit The Dirt, have created a cover of “White Christmas” just in time for the holiday season! The new single dropped on December 16 and the video went live a couple of days after.

 Here’s what the guys had to say about the song: “We are big fans of Bad Religions EP called Christmas songs, so we kind of got inspired during a rehearsal and thought: should we do a punk rock cover of a Christmas song? Enjoy and Merry Punk Rock Christmas!

Drain release Audiotree Live session

Santa Cruz-based hardcore punks Drain have released their Audiotree Live session. The band played ‘Feel The Pressure’, ‘Hyper Vigilance’, ‘Sick One’, ‘Army of One’, ‘Process of Weeding Out’, and ‘California Cursed’ from their 2020 album ‘California Cursed’. Drain will be touring Australia with Comeback Kid in January and touring Europe with Madball, H20, Hometown  Crew and Hazen St, in March.

Big Laugh announce debut LP, release 'Mask' video

Milwaukee-based hardcore punks Big Laugh have announced that they will be releasing their debut LP. It is called Consume Me and will be out February 10 via Revelation Records. The band have also released a video for their first single ‘Mask’. The video was edited by Brian from POAC. Big Laugh, who released their EP Manic Revision in 2020 hit the road in the US with Gel starting next month.

The  NYC-based post-punk duo FRENCHY AND THE PUNK, drop a slow, dark, atmospheric track from their new ‘Zen Ghost’ LP. Pitting emotional angst against sleep, the song squirms with the uneasy yet seductive pull of altered states of rest. This superb video, shot entirely in upstate New York, captures the autumnal feel and mood of the song.

Bankrupt, from Budapest drop brilliant new video

Bankrupt, punks from Budapest, Hungry have released
 a video for their latest track Viktorland, a song about Hungary under the rule of Viktor Orban.
Viktorland comes on the heels of another political song, Hungarian Satan, which became the band’s most successful release ever in their homeland.

Ghost Forest Share New Song and Video for 'Buried Alive'

Chicago post-punk band, Ghost Forest, have released their self-titled debut album featuring drummer James Kimball (Laughing Hyenas, Mule), singer and guitarist Scott “Gub” Conway (Gauge, Even in Blackouts), and bassist Brant McCrea (The Streetwisemen and creator of the cult film, Chicago Rot).

German pop-punk duo THE DEADNOTES recently announced the release of their new single ‘Downward Spiral’ which is out now on 22Lives Records.

The new track comes with a stylish black and white official video echoing the band’s new look and sound. Will all fans be happy? Who knows? But what is known is these guys know how to write a hit song.

Porterhouse Records celebrates the 40th Anniversary of “Creatures for Awhile” from Canadian hardcore punks Personality Crisis in a very limited pressing of 200 ruby-red w smoke black LPs. Originally released on San Francisco’s Risky Records in 1983, the record is considered a seminal release that blends North American hardcore ala D.O.A. and Dead Kennedys with the horror rock sensibilities of T.S.O.L. and Alice Cooper.

The renewed package also includes an 11” x 11″ repro of the original retail poster which is suitable for framing.

Florida werewolf punks Wolf-Face new music video will give you nightmares

The music video for Howl Alone captures what it is like to experience sleep paralysis through a Spike Jonze lens. It follows a lonely young man (Ryan Metcalf) back to his apartment as he tries to unwind for the night, but he keeps waking to a monster in his room. At the climax of the song the lights flip on to reveal the monster is actually party animal Michael J. Wolf and he is ready to howl!

Chubby and The Gang drop 'Red Rag to a Bull”

Chubby and The Gang have released a new song called ‘Red Rag to a Bull’. The song is off their Christmas single Chubby and the Gang Presents: A Christmas Extravaganza that is out now via Partisan Records.

Chubby and The Gang released their EP Labour of Love earlier this year and their album The Mutts Nuts in 2021.
